These classes are intended for kids ages 10 to 16. We provide a fun, creative and challenging culinary program that will have them creating a three course meal. At the end of the class, they will sit down to enjoy their culinary delights.
Summer Camp & March Break Hours: Morning camps run from 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and afternoon camps run from 1-4:30 p.m.
We offer 30-minute child care after each class at no additional cost.
Classes are limited to 16 students and are generally a balanced mix of boys and girls.
Staff for each class includes a chef-instructor and an additional chef assistant once their are at least eight students.
Students should be dressed both comfortably and safely for three hours of cooking and should not wear open-toed shoes, such as sandals or flip flops, or tops with drawstrings or loose sleeves that may catch on equipment.
